Cloudy4 AI
Put a website or web app online on its own server — build it with AI, upload it, or push it from Git — then connect your domain, add a database and keep it running. This guide explains every part of the console in plain language.
An app-hosting platform: one app = one dedicated server with a fixed public IP, free SSL, databases, backups and an AI Builder that writes and deploys the code for you.
your-app.orbitcloud.webyne.aiThe big picture
Everything lives in a workspace (your company or team). A workspace has one or more apps. Each app is a separate website or web application with:
- its own server (CPU, memory and disk from its plan) and public IP address,
- a free address
your-app.orbitcloud.webyne.aiwith HTTPS, plus any custom domains you connect, - releases — every deploy is a numbered version you can go back to,
- optional databases, environment variables and extra storage,
- an AI Builder chat that writes and changes the code for you.
You get code into an app in one of three ways — describe it to AI Builder, upload a .zip, or point to a Git repository (or let an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT deploy it for you). Cloudy4 AI detects the technology, builds it and puts it live.
Signing in
New here? Pick a plan on the website (or on the Create account page), enter your name, email, a password and your app's name, approve the monthly price and pay by card on Stripe’s secure page. Your account, your first app and its server are created together — the server is ready in 1–3 minutes.
- You can also sign in with Google or GitHub if they're shown on the sign-in page.
- Confirm your email address using the link we send — it keeps your account secure and unlocks your free AI tokens.
- Until a plan is paid, the console only shows Choose a plan to start.
Your Cloudy4 AI admin created your account — you don't register or pay. Sign in at the console with your work email and the password you set from the welcome email's link (or the one your admin gave you). Change it any time under Settings.
Change your password any time under Settings. If you can't sign in, contact our support team.If you can't sign in, ask your admin for a new set-password link. Never share your password with anyone — Cloudy4 AI staff will never ask for it.

Inside an app the tabs are: Overview (status, server IP, plan), AI Builder, Deployments, Logs, Domains, Environment, Databases, Storage, Settings.
Your internal account
Internal accounts onlyInternal accounts are for Cloudy4 AI's own developers building projects for the company. They work like a normal workspace with a few differences:
- No billing. You never pay or see prices. Servers, AI tokens, domains and storage are given by your Cloudy4 AI admin — ask them when you need one.
- Servers come from the admin. An app without a server can be built with AI Builder but not put live. When it's ready, ask your admin to add a server. A server may be given for a set time — you'll see "Server until <date>" on the app; ask your admin to extend it.
- AI tokens. Your admin may give tokens to a specific app or to your whole account (shared by every app you create). There's no automatic welcome grant.
- Your code stays with Cloudy4 AI. You can't download the project .zip, open code files from the chat, or have AI Builder print whole files. If you need the code, your admin can download it for you.
- Custom domains are connected by your admin. Ask them with the domain name.
- Build only for the project. AI Builder works on the app's own project. Off-topic requests, questions about how the platform works inside, or attempts to get around these rules are refused and can pause AI Builder for your account.
- You can build an Android app for your project and install the APK on your phone (see Android app).
Apps & plans
A plan gives one app its own dedicated server. If you have three apps that should be online, each needs its own plan. The plan belongs to the app it was bought for — check the app's card (it shows the plan name) before deploying.
| Loading plans… |
Which plan? Starter for small sites and light apps · Business when the app has a database or real traffic · Pro for heavy or high-traffic apps. Changing an existing app's plan isn't self-service yet — our team can help.
Your admin chooses the server size when giving you a server.
Creating an app
- Click Create New (or New app) and give it a name. You get an address like
tasty-bites.orbitcloud.webyne.ai. - Choose a plan and pay — the server and its public IP are created in 1–3 minutes.
- Build it with AI Builder. When it should go live, ask your admin to add a server.
- Deploy your code — or ask AI Builder to build it.
Renaming & deleting
Open the app → Settings.
- Rename app changes its name and, optionally, its address. If you change the address, the old address stops working immediately; custom domains, the server, its IP and data stay the same.
- Delete this project (type the app's address to confirm) permanently removes the app, its server, IP, databases and data, and stops its billing. This can't be undone. Apps whose server was given by Cloudy4 AI are deleted by your admin.
AI Builder
Each app has an AI Builder tab — a chat, powered by Claude, that writes the app's code from a plain-language description, deploys it and fixes build errors.
Good requests
- "Build a restaurant website with a menu page and a table-booking form, dark green theme."
- "Add a login page", "Make the header sticky", "The contact form gives an error — fix it."
- When it's ready: "deploy it".
Attachments
Attach a logo, photos, screenshots or designs, text/code files, or a requirements PDF (up to 100 pages / 20 MB). With a long document, AI Builder first writes every requirement into docs/REQUIREMENTS.md as a checklist, then builds one section per reply — say "continue" for the next section.
Long conversations
When a chat gets long, AI Builder automatically summarises it and carries on from the summary, so you can keep going. If a reply is ever cut off, just say "continue".
You can download your code as a .zip anytime, and Import .zip to let AI Builder work on existing code.
Import .zip lets AI Builder work on existing code. Downloading the code is done by your admin.
AI tokens
AI Builder usage is measured in tokens — roughly, the amount of text the AI reads and writes. Re-used context counts at 10%. Small edits use far fewer tokens than building a whole feature. The token panel on the AI Builder tab shows exactly what's left.
| Tokens | Where they come from |
|---|---|
| Free welcome tokens | A one-time grant for your workspace — usable in any of your apps. Unlocked when you confirm your email. |
| Monthly plan tokens | Each plan includes tokens every month for that app; they refill on the 1st. |
| Bought tokens | Token packs bought from the AI Builder tab. They never expire and are used last. |
| App tokens | Given by your admin to a specific app. |
| Account tokens | Given by your admin to your whole account — shared by every app you create. |
| Monthly server tokens | An app with a server also gets that server size's monthly tokens. |
Deploying
Click Deploy on the app and choose:
- Upload ZIP — a .zip or .tar.gz of your project folder (up to 200 MB;
node_modulesand.gitare ignored). - Git repository — a public GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket URL.
- AI Builder — say "deploy it" in the chat, or an AI assistant connected to Cloudy4 AI (see Developers).
Cloudy4 AI detects the technology — Node.js, Python, PHP, static sites, or any app with a Dockerfile — builds it and starts it. Your app must listen on 0.0.0.0 and on the port in the PORT environment variable. After it starts, a health check opens /; if nothing answers within about 2 minutes the release fails and the previous release keeps running.
Releases & logs
- Deployments tab — every deploy is a numbered release with its build log. The last 5 can be put back with Redeploy this release.
- Logs tab — what your running app prints (errors, requests).
- Restart app — restarts without rebuilding (e.g. after changing environment variables).
Android app (APK)
Internal accounts onlyAsk AI Builder for a mobile app that belongs to your project, e.g. "Make an Android app for this project". It is kept in the project's mobile/ folder.
- On the AI Builder tab, open the Android app panel and click Build APK.
- The build runs on Cloudy4 AI's own build server and takes several minutes.
- Download the APK (the link works for 24 hours) and install it on your phone to test. Up to 10 builds per app per day; the last 3 are kept.
The mobile app must be related to your project — other apps are refused.
Domains & SSL
For internal accounts, your admin adds the domain. After that, the steps below (the DNS record) are the same.
- Open the app → Domains → add your domain (e.g.
example.com;wwwcan redirect to it). - At your domain's DNS provider (GoDaddy, Hostinger, Cloudflare…) create an A record pointing to the app's public IP shown on the Domains tab —
@for the root domain andwwwfor www. - Cloudy4 AI checks DNS automatically and issues a free SSL certificate within minutes once it points correctly. DNS changes can take up to a few hours to spread.
You can also buy a domain under Domains & SSL — Cloudy4 AI registers it in your name and connects it automatically.
Environment variables
App → Environment. Store settings and secrets (API keys, passwords) here — never in your code. Values are encrypted; mark sensitive ones secret so they're hidden everywhere. Names starting with NEXT_PUBLIC_, VITE_, REACT_APP_ or PUBLIC_ are also given to the build. Changes apply after Restart app or the next deploy.
Databases
App → Databases. Add PostgreSQL, MySQL or Redis. They run on the app's own server (included in the plan), are backed up daily (last 7 kept, downloadable), and their connection details are added to your app automatically as environment variables such as DATABASE_URL.
Extra storage
- Block storage — a private disk for the app, mounted at
/mnt/<name>. Files survive deploys. It can grow any time without downtime. - S3 object storage — an S3-compatible bucket for images, backups and downloads; keys are added to your app as environment variables. Use path-style URLs.
Storage is billed monthly per GB (prices are on the Storage tab). Deleting it erases its data and stops billing.
Storage for internal accounts is given by your admin.
Connect an AI assistant
Connect AI assistant lets Claude, ChatGPT, VS Code or Cursor create apps, deploy, read logs, add domains and set environment variables for you — you just chat.
- ChatGPT / claude.ai: add Cloudy4 AI as a connector with the address shown on the page, sign in and allow access. Deploys from web chats use a public Git repository.
- Claude Desktop, VS Code, Cursor: use an API key; they can deploy a folder from your computer.
This section appears once at least one of your apps has a plan. Anything that costs money or deletes something still asks you first.
Deploying still needs a server from your admin.
API keys
API keys let scripts, CI pipelines and AI assistants use your workspace. Create one, copy it once (it's shown only at creation), and keep it private — if a key leaks, revoke it and create a new one.
Plans & payment
- Plans are billed monthly per app in US dollars through Stripe — cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No tax is added to the prices shown.
- You get an invoice by email after every payment, also under Billing. Add your company name, tax ID and address in Billing → Billing details.
- Your card is saved securely by Stripe for the monthly renewals. To change it, use the link in Stripe’s payment emails.
Renewals & cancelling
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries for a few days and we email you. If it keeps failing, the app's server is paused — your code and data are kept; renew and it comes back within minutes.
- If your subscription is cancelled (for example because the card keeps being declined), the app keeps running until the end of the month you paid for. The app shows "Subscription ended" with a Renew plan button; after that date it's paused.
- Some apps are hosted free by Cloudy4 AI for a while. When that period ends you'll see Set up payment and have 7 days to pay before the server is paused.
Team & roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace's apps. |
| Admin | Manage apps, team and billing. |
| Developer | Deploy and manage apps, databases and domains. |
| Billing | Plans, invoices and payments. |
| Viewer | Read-only access. |
Troubleshooting
"Deploy asks me to buy a plan again"
The plan belongs to one app. You're probably deploying a different app — open My Apps and use the app whose card shows your plan (rename it in Settings if you like).
"The release failed at health check"
Make sure the app listens on 0.0.0.0 and the PORT environment variable, and that / answers. The Deployments log and the Logs tab show the error; the previous release stays live.
"My domain doesn't show SSL yet"
Check the A record points to the IP on the Domains tab and, on Cloudflare, that it's DNS only. DNS can take a few hours.
"AI Builder stopped mid-reply"
Say "continue". For big jobs, ask for one part at a time.
"AI Builder says this app has no server"
Ask your admin to add a server to the app — your code and tokens stay as they are.
